WHAT ARE SKIN BOOSTERS?
Skin boosters primarily focus on enhancing hydration, stimulating collagen production, reducing pigmentation, and improving overall skin health. Unlike dermal fillers, they do not add volume.

SKIN BOOSTER RESULTS:
Results will vary dependant on each individual and their genetic/lifestyle factors such as age, skin integrity, smoking, excessive sun exposure, and inadequate hydration which can negatively impact skin health and potentially reduce the effectiveness of the treatment.

Results can be seen 2-4 weeks post treatment; however full results are often seen at 3-4 months post treatment.

TREATMENT FREQUENCY:
Each brand of skin boosters has it own treatment protocol.
Most recommend a protocol of 3-4 treatments at 4-week intervals with maintenance dosing to be administered at 3-6months intervals post initial treatment plan.

COMMON SIDE EFFECTS:

• Temporary redness, swelling, or bruising at the injection site

• Tenderness

• Small bumps/lumps (usually subside within 24hours but can last up to 5-10days+
